Find Buy a VW Beetle? Not long ago I was looking for me. Here are some how I found my nice car and what I did to find.

Users online:

My first step was to search for cars at Auto Trader is a Canadian site, because I am in Canada. I am convinced that the U.S. needed something that if you live where you can find. I searched for Volkswagen, but at first I was not picky, if I wanted a Jetta or Beetle. I considered also a golf course.

As I look, look around, I really started with the idea of having a love Beetle. I remember Herbie The Love Bug, and I always wanted my own mistakes, as I grew up.

Tooth belt issue:

Most cars I went to my friend was facing. Now I do not know much about cars or negotiate a cheap used car, it does all the talking for me.

One thing we often encountered was that the seller of the house car dealers can not tell if the timing belt changed. From what they told me that the group has changed to about 150K, and we are confident that this had already been changed, or I would look at more than $ 700 after I have done or to buy the car.

Find a car in good condition:

Buying a used car is certainly a lot of work! There were a few things we needed. They are:

* Body in good shape – we have cars with no rust at all. Each grid is only an indication of more to come, and we do not want a car was rust. Also look for scratches and dents. Look not for perfection, but at least in good shape.
* Tires should be replaced fairly new – obviously the tires after purchasing the car is not much, so we tried to ensure that the tires in good condition.
* New timing belt – already mentioned, but be aware that the timing belt were replaced.
* Interior in good condition – some cars are not in the best shape inside, it was not a good sign if someone does not care about the inside, it is possible that they could not follow both services.
* Low km – km means less wear on the vehicle. Most cars in my price range was about 150-200K.
* Who to trust – it’s scary to buy a used car to a place you do not know. It is difficult to know who to trust. The dealer I bought my car at a UCDA (Used Car Dealers Association) is the composition so that it was a comfort to me. They have also been in business for 14 years and I feel a gut “good” on the guy I bought the car survived.

This gives you a good starting point if you hunt around your mistakes! Good luck and I hope that the Volkswagen New Beetle perfect for you.
